At Home
- Advocacy - Spread the word about CCH and ICM with your friends, at your church or other organizations/groups
- Facebook - Linking our Facebook CCH Page or our CCH blog to your status update allows all your friends to see what is happening in India through CCH
- Fundraising - Whether it is school bags, ceiling fans, clothing, or home improvements, we are continually looking for contributors for these children's daily needs. Some creative steps taken in the past to fundraise are: create a cause blog, create a Facebook Group or Page for a cause or have a benefit dinner. If you are interested in this, please contact us and we can give you some resources, i.e., pictures and info.
Short-Term in India
Individuals and groups alike are welcome to come join us in India for 10 days, 1 month, 3 months or whatever you would like. Some continual things to be done around the homes are:
- House Projects - painting, construction of compound walls, weeding,
- Education - English lessons, art lessons, music lessons
- Medical Needs - doctors, dentists, vision specialists
- Fun - play games (inside and outside), color, do puzzles, cook together
- And so much more....
Long-Term in India
If interested in serving with CCH long term, a year or more, we strongly encourage a short term visit first.
